LISA

Help in the applicant’s language. Boundaries in the carrier’s.

Lisa is the intake assistant inside every Undivo application. She makes the form conversational without making the process any less controlled.

WHAT LISA DOES

Moves the application forward.

  • Explains insurance questions in plain language, in the language the applicant is using
  • Proposes a DOT number, company, contact and mailing fields, entity type, website and declared fleet and driver totals
  • Reads a spoken DOT number back digit by digit and saves it on a spoken “yes”
  • Runs the carrier-enabled DOT lookup and tells the applicant what was found
  • Opens sections, goes back and forward, and validates the current step before moving on
  • Discusses the saved DOT’s safety record and, after submission, the carrier’s estimate for a stated effective date

WHAT LISA NEVER DOES

Cross the line into authority.

  • Sign, submit or acknowledge anything on the applicant’s behalf
  • Bind coverage, release a quote or change a rating rule
  • Collect bank or card credentials
  • Invent a safety result that is not in the record
  • Inherit staff or broker permissions; she works only with the intake session’s authority
  • Store audio, or store transcripts without separate, explicit consent

HOW A CONVERSATION WORKS

Every proposal is reviewed. Every action is scoped.

Listen and propose

The applicant speaks or types. Lisa proposes a value for a supported field and shows it in the form. Names, identifiers and short acknowledgments do not change the conversation language.

Applicant reviews

Proposed company-field changes wait for the applicant to apply them. A spoken DOT confirmation is the one exception, and even then Lisa reads the digits back first. Manual edits are never overwritten.

Ordinary save path

Applied values go through the same versioned draft save as a typed entry, with the same validation, the same audit and the same carrier configuration. There is no separate “AI path” into the record.

LISA FAQ

What carriers and applicants ask.

Which languages does Lisa support?

English, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi and Russian. Lisa follows the applicant’s spoken or typed language automatically, starts in English until a language is clear, and asks briefly when uncertain. Form labels, saved values and agreements are not machine-translated.

Does the applicant have to use voice?

No. The full manual form is always available, and Lisa also works by text. Voice requires the applicant’s explicit AI and audio consent plus browser microphone permission.

What happens to the audio?

Audio is processed in real time by a third-party speech model under Wrab Tech’s provider terms and is not stored by Undivo. Written conversation retention is off unless the applicant separately consents; when enabled it defaults to 90 days and is visible only to authorized carrier staff.

Can carriers turn Lisa off?

Yes. The assistant is offered per published intake configuration. Existing sessions keep the configuration they started with.

What does Lisa say when asked what she is?

She describes herself as the Wrab Tech insurance AI engine. She does not disclose internal implementation details and does not claim that Wrab Tech trained the underlying model.
